Each month, around the full moon, I send out a free e-newsletter intended to inspire and encourage us to care for ourselves, each other and our environment. The e-newsletter, called HEN, has 3 main sections: one on Health, one on the Environment and one on Negotiation. You receive each month a new idea on each of those topics. One month it might be an excerpt from a book, another a summary of a key idea. It is always a surprise!
